Our first review from Make A Fuzz
“Wild Blaze was formed at the beginning of this year and faces a major challenge tonight, as two members are unable to attend at the last minute. Two replacements were arranged at breakneck speed. It is impressive how this young band handles this and goes at it with full energy. Wild Blaze kicks off with Vixen’s ‘I Want You To Rock Me’, followed by a track by Warlock. This is followed by original work in the form of ‘Riot’s Edge’. The rest of the set consists of great, energetic covers by The Cult, Poison, Europe, and Cinderella. Typically catchy MTV rock. They close with their own material, which is great, because with ‘Murder on the Sunset Strip’ the band proves they have genuine songwriting potential themselves.”
